Distribution Management Software
Every rep has a van set up as a warehouse. You load it with a transfer and sales from it come off its stock. A customer over their credit limit can't buy on credit without the manager's approval.

The van comes back and nobody knows what's on it
The van is a warehouse with a balance. Loading is a transfer from the main warehouse, sales come off it and returns go back to it, so the evening count is checked against a calculated balance.
Debts grow with no ceiling
Each customer has a credit limit. If a credit invoice would exceed it, the system refuses unless the manager explicitly approves, and the debt aging report shows what each customer owes and for how long.
Commission is worked out with arguments
Each rep has a rate on sales and a rate on collections. Commission comes from the invoices and receipts recorded under their name and goes into their salary.
Example: one month for a distribution rep
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- Rep "Ahmed" earns 1% on sales and 0.5% on collections, and his van is the "Van 3" warehouse.
- Customer "Al Nour Supermarket" has a limit of EGP 50,000 and owes EGP 48,500. A EGP 3,000 credit invoice is refused until the manager approves it.
- By month end Ahmed has sold EGP 120,000 and collected EGP 90,000.
- Commission is 1,200 + 450 = EGP 1,650, added to the month's payroll with its entry.

Frequently asked questions
Can a rep see every customer?
Permissions are set per user, so a rep can sell and collect without seeing costs or reports.
Can I see the van balance at day end?
Yes. Each warehouse balance is live, and you can count the van and approve the difference.
Is commission on sales or on collections?
Both, each at its own rate, so a customer who doesn't pay earns no collection commission.
