Print shop and DTF printing management software
On the invoice you enter the banner size or DTF print length, and the system works out the area and takes it off the roll. The customer pays a deposit and the rest stays on account until collection.

Areas worked out on a calculator
A banner or DTF item sold by length × width takes count, length and width; the quantity comes out in square metres and the sizes print on the invoice.
A deposit now, delivery later
The invoice records the amount paid as the deposit and the rest goes on the customer's account, collected with a receipt on pickup.
Design and fitting
Design, fitting and delivery are services on the same invoice, with their revenue in the profit report.
Example: a new shop's order
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- A flex banner 3 × 1.5 = 4.5 m² at EGP 120 per m²: EGP 540.
- DTF on a 0.58 m roll: 1 × 2.5 × 0.58 = 1.45 m² at EGP 300: EGP 435.
- Plus EGP 150 for design, an invoice of EGP 1,125. The customer pays a EGP 600 deposit by InstaPay, leaving EGP 525 on account.
- Stock falls by 4.5 m² of flex and 1.45 m² of DTF film; design takes nothing.
