Agricultural supplies store management software
Pesticides come in with their batch number and expiry date, and sales take the earliest expiry first. Farmers who settle after harvest have a statement of everything they took and when.

Expired pesticide is a loss and a liability
Every pack enters with its batch and expiry, expired batches can't be sold, and those close to expiry appear in the alerts with time to act.
Sack and kilo
Fertiliser is held in kilos with fractions, and a 50 kg sack is a unit with its own price, so you sell a sack or 7 kilos from the same balance.
Farmers pay after harvest
Credit invoices build up on their statement, and debt aging shows who is late and for how long. You can also set instalment dates.
Example: one farmer's season
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- Urea fertiliser: EGP 1,150 for a 50 kg sack, or EGP 25 a kilo.
- Farmer Saeed takes 6 sacks on credit: EGP 6,900, and two litres of pesticide at EGP 380: EGP 760, for EGP 7,660 on his account.
- The pesticide is issued from the batch expiring first, and the newer batch stays on the shelf.
- After harvest he pays EGP 5,000 in cash, and his statement shows EGP 2,660 left and the date of every invoice.
