General ledger and journal entries
Every transaction in the company posts its own double entry. Your accountant reviews instead of typing, and can trace any figure in a report back to the document behind it.

Automatic entries, not just numbers
A sales invoice posts a cost-of-goods entry at cost, then the sales entry on the next number. Purchases, returns, vouchers and payroll each post to the right accounts.
A ready, flexible chart of accounts
A complete chart of accounts from day one, with assets, liabilities, income and expenses. Add sub-accounts for banks or cost centers whenever you need them.
Review and lock periods
Once a month is reviewed, lock it so nobody can post or edit inside it. The right to edit entries can be given to one accountant only.
What you can do
- Automatic entries for every document

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be an accountant to use it?
No. The shop owner sells and buys as usual and the entries write themselves. An accountant reviews and produces the statements.
Can I edit an entry?
Manual entries can be edited with the "edit journal entries" permission. Invoice entries change by editing or cancelling the invoice itself, so the books always match.
Is there an integrity check?
Yes. "Accounts check" confirms every entry balances and that inventory, customer and supplier balances match the books.
