Supermarket Management Software
The cashier scans the label on weighed cheese and the line shows its weight and price; they scan a carton and 24 cans leave stock. At the end of the shift they count the cash and the system shows the difference to the pound.

Weighed items are typed in by hand
In settings you describe your scale barcode once: the prefix (for example 2), the item-code length and the decimals. The cashier scans the scale label and the system reads the item and the weight.
The drawer never matches
Each cashier opens a shift with a float and closes it with the amount counted for each payment method. The system works out what should be there and shows any shortage or overage under the cashier's name.
You find out an item ran out when a customer asks
Every item has a minimum, and the alerts gather the ones that reached it. The reorder report works out how much to order from how fast each item sells.
Example: an evening cashier shift
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- The cashier opens the shift at 4 pm with EGP 500 in change.
- They scan a scale label for cheese at EGP 240 a kilo. The label carries 0.375 kg, so the line comes to EGP 90 and stock drops by 375 g.
- A customer takes a carton of 24 soft-drink cans for EGP 300 instead of EGP 14 a can. Stock drops by 24 cans because the carton is a unit with its own factor.
- Cash sales for the shift are EGP 8,450, so the drawer should hold EGP 8,950. The cashier counts EGP 8,930 and the system records a EGP 20 shortage on the shift.

The modules behind it
How to get started
When signing up, choose "Supermarket and kiosks" so shifts, units and expiry are switched on.
Import your items with their barcodes from Excel and set up the scale barcode format once in settings.
Open the first shift and start selling with any USB barcode scanner.
Worth knowing before you subscribe
- The system is online, so we recommend a backup mobile data line for the checkout.
- There is no direct link to the scale; the system reads the label the scale prints.
- There is no customer loyalty points programme.
Frequently asked questions
Which barcode scanners work?
Any USB or Bluetooth scanner that types like a keyboard works without drivers.
What if my scale prints the price, not the weight?
Set the scale barcode value to price in settings and the system works out the quantity from the price per kilo.
Can I hide profits from cashiers?
Yes. Cashiers see the checkout and their own shift; reports and costs are permissions you grant to whoever you choose.
