Mobile Shop Management Software
New and used devices each carry their own IMEI, with cost and profit worked out per device. You can take a customer's old phone and deduct its value from the new one on the same invoice.

Similar devices get mixed up
Each phone or tablet is recorded with its IMEI (and second IMEI if any), storage, RAM, colour, battery health, and whether it is new or used. You always know exactly which unit was sold.
Profit on used phones is unclear
A used device is its own item at the amount you paid for it, so its profit is the real difference. The seller's name, phone and ID number are kept with it.
Trade-ins are worked out on paper
On the device sale you can record the customer's old phone as a device coming in. Its value comes off what they pay, and it enters stock at that cost in the same transaction.
Example: selling a new phone with a trade-in
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- A customer wants a new phone at EGP 18,500 and brings an old one you agree to take for EGP 6,000.
- On the device sale you pick the new phone by IMEI with a 12-month warranty, then add the old phone as a trade-in with its IMEI and condition.
- The customer pays the EGP 12,500 difference by InstaPay. The new phone leaves stock at its cost and the old one enters as a used item costing EGP 6,000.
- The printed invoice shows the IMEI and the warranty end date. When you later sell the old phone, its profit is measured against the EGP 6,000 you allowed.

Frequently asked questions
Do new phones of the same model share a cost?
New devices of the same model are costed at weighted average; each used device keeps its own cost.
Can I search by IMEI?
Yes, from the device list or the invoices, to see who bought it, when, and until when it is under warranty.
Are repairs in the same system?
Yes. Receive a device with a printed slip, follow its status, and hand it back with the technician's charge and parts from stock on a normal sale invoice.
