Data we collect
- Sign-up details: company name, your name, mobile number and email if you provide it.
- The business data you record in the system: items, invoices, customers, suppliers, entries and staff.
- The payment receipt image you upload so we can activate your plan.
How we use it
- To run your account and provide the system.
- To contact you about your subscription and support.
- To review payments and activate your plan.
Who can see your data
- Every company has its own separate database that no other customer can reach.
- We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.
- We may look at your account only when you ask for technical support and with your permission.
Security and backups
- The connection is encrypted with HTTPS and passwords are stored hashed.
- We back up every company daily and keep the last 14 copies.
- You can download a full copy of your data at any time from Settings.
Deleting your data
- To close your account and delete your data, message us on WhatsApp from the account's number.
