Entering every size and colour takes a day
Type the sizes (M, L, XL) and colours (white, navy, beige) and the system creates all nine items at once, each with a code, sharing the price and cost until you change them.
Stock is known per style, not per size
Every size and colour has its own balance, so you see that navy L sold out while white M is piling up, and you reorder what actually sells.
Returns and exchanges break the count
A return puts the same size and colour back at cost, and an exchange is a return plus a new invoice, so stock and cash stay right.
Example: one shirt style in nine combinations
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- You add a "Linen shirt" at EGP 450 with 3 sizes and 3 colours, and the system creates 9 child items such as "Linen shirt — L / Navy", each with a code.
- You receive 6 pieces of each at EGP 210: 54 pieces for EGP 11,340, each combination holding 6.
- You print barcode labels for all 54 pieces from the label screen.
- A customer buys navy L and comes back to swap it for XL. The return puts the L back and the new invoice takes the XL, and both balances are right.

Can one colour have a different price?
Yes. Every combination is its own item, so you change its price without affecting the others.
Do numeric shoe sizes work?
Yes. The size is free text, so you can use 40, 41, 42 or S, M, L as you like.
Can I tell if a style is profitable?
The profit report shows sales, cost and profit per item, and you can export it to Excel.
