Repair center management
From check-in to pickup, everything is recorded: the fault, the technician, the parts and the invoice. No part leaves stock without being accounted for.

A ticket for every device
Record the customer, device, IMEI, fault and estimate, and print a drop-off receipt. Status moves from received to in progress to ready for pickup.
The repair store
A spare part is issued from stock to the "repair store" against the ticket, so stock goes down while its value stays tracked until pickup. If a part isn't used, it goes back to stock.
One invoice for labor and parts
At pickup the invoice combines labor and every part, for example 300 for labor and 500 for a motor makes 800. Labor goes to repair revenue under the technician's name.
