Plastics and packaging factory management software
The recipe says how many grams of resin and masterbatch each part needs, with waste. If there aren't enough preforms, the bottle order makes the shortfall first on its own.

Resin by the kilo, output by the thousand
A recipe is written for a production quantity (say a thousand pieces) in kilos with fractions, and the order scales it to the quantity required.
Waste is forgotten
Each component has a waste rate, so granules lost in processing are issued and carried in the cost per piece.
Products are made in stages
A preform is a semi-finished item with its own recipe. The bottle order uses preforms in stock and makes any shortfall first, with every stage in one order.
Example: a thousand 1.5-litre water bottles
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- The 1,000-preform recipe: 30 kg PET at EGP 48 with 2% waste, 0.3 kg blue masterbatch at EGP 220, and EGP 150 labour and overhead.
- The 1,000-bottle recipe: 1,000 preforms and EGP 200 of blowing labour and overhead.
- With no preforms in stock, the order makes them first: 30.6 kg PET at EGP 1,468.80 + masterbatch EGP 66 + 150 = EGP 1,684.80.
- Each preform is costed at EGP 1.68, so the bottles enter stock at 1,680 + 200 = EGP 1,880, EGP 1.88 each, and the entry posts on its own.

- Supplier accounts
- Cost and profit per product
The modules behind it
How to get started
When signing up, choose "Factory (manufacturing)".
Add materials in kilos, and preforms and products by the piece.
Write a recipe for each stage and start with a production order for the final product.
Worth knowing before you subscribe
- Machine hours and mould weights are not tracked.
- Regrind isn't recorded as a material on its own; enter it with a purchase or an adjustment.
Frequently asked questions
Can another factory produce for me?
Yes. It's a supplier with a warehouse; the order consumes from that warehouse and its fee is recorded as owed.
A different colour with the same recipe?
Each colour is its own product with its own recipe and masterbatch.
What is the entry for stages?
Debit inventory for everything produced, credit inventory for everything consumed and applied costs.
