Furniture store management software
The customer gets a quote, pays a deposit, and the rest becomes instalments with a markup and guarantor. If you have a workshop, each piece is made with a production order that issues wood and fabric and works out its cost.

Deposit now, delivery later
The quote becomes an invoice with the deposit paid, and the rest stays on the customer's account until delivery or becomes an installment plan.
Installments kept in a notebook
An installment plan on the invoice: deposit, markup, number of instalments and guarantor details, with the schedule generated and overdue instalments flagged.
The workshop doesn't know what a piece costs
Each model has a recipe: wood, fabric, foam, fittings and labour. The production order issues them and puts the piece in the showroom at cost.
Example: a bedroom set on instalments
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- A 6-piece bedroom set at EGP 85,000. The customer pays a EGP 25,000 deposit and EGP 60,000 goes on account.
- You create a plan with a 10% markup: EGP 6,000 recorded as income, EGP 66,000 in 10 instalments of EGP 6,600.
- The guarantor is recorded with name, ID number and phone on the plan.
- The customer misses the third instalment, and it shows on the installments page with its amount.

Frequently asked questions

Does the workshop produce only for the showroom?
Yes. The production order puts the piece into the showroom warehouse at cost.
