Household goods store management software
A glass sells on its own or by the dozen, and a cookware set sells as a set. Glass that breaks in the store is written off at cost, so your profit is the real figure.

Piece and dozen
A glass has the piece as base unit and the dozen as a unit with factor 12 and its own price. Selling a dozen takes 12 pieces.
Glass and china break
Breakage is recorded as damaged, so it leaves stock at cost as a loss, and you know what breakage costs you.
Shops buy wholesale
Each item has a wholesale price, invoices can be priced at wholesale, and each shop has a credit limit and statement.
Example: a small bridal order
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- A glass sells at EGP 18 and a dozen at EGP 200. A 7-piece cookware set is EGP 2,450.
- A customer takes 2 dozen glasses and the cookware set: 400 + 2,450 = EGP 2,850; stock falls by 24 glasses and one set.
- Stacking the shelf, 3 glasses costing EGP 12 each break; you record them as damaged and a EGP 36 loss is posted.
- A neighbouring shop takes 10 dozen at wholesale on account, and the invoice goes on its statement.

Sign up with "General trading"; if you sell on installments, switch them on from the modules page.
Import items from Excel and add dozen and carton units.
Start selling and record breakage as it happens.
Worth knowing before you subscribe
- Sets aren't split into pieces; if you sell set pieces separately, make them separate items.
- There is no connected online store.
