Appliance Store Management Software
Each unit is sold with its serial and warranty, and the balance after the deposit becomes an installment plan with a markup and a guarantor. Payments go to the oldest instalment, and overdue ones show up on their own.

Warranty is worked out from memory
Each unit carries its serial, and the invoice prints the serial and the warranty end date. When a customer comes back, you search by serial and see when they bought it.
The installment notebook gets lost
The plan is made on the sale invoice: the amount financed, the markup, the number of instalments and their interval, and the guarantor with ID and phone. The schedule is generated for you.
Who is late?
Each payment goes to the oldest open instalment, and the installments page lists overdue instalments with their amount and customer.
Example: a TV on 12 monthly instalments
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- A 55-inch TV sells for EGP 24,000. The customer pays EGP 4,000 down in cash and the remaining EGP 20,000 goes on their account.
- You create a plan with a 15% markup: EGP 3,000 recorded as income and added to what they owe, for a total of EGP 23,000.
- The schedule has 11 instalments of EGP 1,916.66 and a last one of EGP 1,916.74, monthly, with the guarantor's name and ID.
- The customer pays EGP 2,000 in the first month: EGP 1,916.66 closes the first instalment and EGP 83.34 goes off the second.

Frequently asked questions
How is the markup calculated?
As a rate on the whole amount financed or a fixed amount you enter, recorded as income when the plan is created.
Can instalments be every two or three months?
Yes: every 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months, up to 120 instalments.
What if the customer returns the unit?
The return puts the unit back in stock by serial, and cancelling the plan reverses the markup.
