Auto parts store management software
Every part carries its code and number, and the salesperson finds it on the invoice by any part of the name or code. Garages pay wholesale on account; walk-in customers pay retail.

Thousands of parts with similar names
Every item has a code (the part number), a barcode and a category (brakes, suspension, electrics). Type part of the code or name on the invoice and the item appears with its stock.
Garages pay one price, walk-ins another
Each item has a retail and a wholesale price. Set the invoice to wholesale for a garage and every line is priced at wholesale, against the garage's credit limit.
Cash stuck on the shelves
Each item has a minimum, and the reorder report works out quantities from sales speed, so you order what sells and leave what doesn't. Barcode stock counts are approved as one adjustment.
Example: brake pads for a garage and filters by the carton
The figures follow exactly how the system calculates.
- Front brake pads, code BP-1145: cost EGP 520, retail EGP 750, wholesale EGP 680.
- "Hajj Mahmoud" garage is a wholesale customer with a EGP 15,000 limit. A credit invoice at wholesale for 4 sets comes to EGP 2,720 on its account.
- Oil filters sell at EGP 125 each or EGP 1,320 a carton of 12. Selling a carton takes 12 pieces out of stock.
- Brake pad stock falls to 5 against a minimum of 6, so it appears in the reorder suggestions with a suggested quantity.

Frequently asked questions
Can I search by the original part number?
Yes, if you enter it as the item code or in its name, the invoice search finds it.
Does an aftermarket part share the code?
No, each brand is its own item with its own code and cost, so each one's profit is right.
What if a garage exceeds its limit?
The credit invoice is refused until the manager explicitly approves it.
